Under the usage terms for a trial, you can only get a trial once a year. This error occurs if a user attempts to get another trial before an entire year has passed since their previous trial license expired.

If you previously requested a three-month trial, renew your trial license at a 40% discount and keep your system protected for another year. To do this, in the Renewal Wizard enter the serial number of your trial license.
