How can I send a scanning report to Doctor Web?

The update log file DrwUpdaterLog.txt is located in the anti-virus installation directory (default location: C:\Data DrWeb). If you are submitting a request for technical support, you can send the report via the request form on our website https://support.drweb.com/. To attach a file to your request, tap Browse, select the file you need and press Open. To send the request, tap the Send button.
