An e-mail with the URL to your request page will be delivered to the address you specified when you submitted your request. On the request page, you will be able to view the history of your request, add additional data, attach files, or close the ticket when the issue is resolved.

The maximum allowed time for our support team's response is 48 hours. However, most questions are answered within 3 hours after their submission. The support ticket system is constantly monitored by Doctor Web supervisors.
