Dr.Web Security Space for Android. New "Parental Control" feature
Block the installation and launch of unwanted applications, and use the Parental Control included in version 12 to protect Dr.Web Security Space for Android’s settings against unauthorised modification.
- Connect your device to the Internet.
- Start the Dr.Web anti-virus.
- Select Parental Control in the Dr.Web menu.
- Click on the "Enable" button or click on the switch in the upper-right corner of the window.
- Grant the Parental Control access to Android’s special features by clicking on "Grant access".
- In the "Special features" settings window, click on the button "Dr.Web Security Space".
- Use the switch to enable Android’s special features.
- Close the configuration window for the special features.
Now, create a Dr.Web account. If you’re upgrading from the previous version of Dr.Web Security Space for Android to version 12, an account will automatically be created for you provided the Anti-theft component was enabled before the upgrade. The Anti-theft password will be the password for your Dr.Web account.
- If you have not used the Anti-theft before, you must create a Dr.Web account. To do this, in the "Account" window, enter your contact email and click on "Next".
- Create a password; enter it in the "Password" field and then re-enter it in the "Confirm password" field.
- Click on "Next".
- Your account will be registered. Click on "Next". The "Parental Control" window will open, revealing the "Applications" tab.
- It is recommended that you block access to all the browsers not supported by this component in order for the Dr.Web web filter to run properly. To disable user access to an application, check the box next to the application name.
- To prevent the installation of new applications from Play Market, block the Play Market application. This won't prevent most of the applications installed on the device from updating if Play Market is configured to update applications automatically. In addition, we recommend that you block access to the "Settings" application.
- Using settings in the "Components" tab, you can restrict user access to the settings of the other Dr.Web Security Space components: the Web filter, the Call and SMS filter, and Dr.Web settings. These components will be accessible only after you enter your Dr.Web account password.
- To prevent the unauthorised removal of Dr.Web Security Space for Android, enable the Anti-theft if this component is not already active.
- Enter your Dr.Web account password and click on "Next".
- Click on "Enable".
- Add to the Buddies list the contact with your phone number, and specify the text to be displayed on the device screen if it is blocked.
- Assign a device administrator status to Dr.Web Security Space for Android.
Dr.Web Parental Control is now configured. The user will see a special window if any attempts are made to use an application from the blocked list.
- To unblock an application, open the Parental Control; enter your Dr.Web account password and in the "Applications" section, clear the checkboxes next to the blocked applications.

- Para el funcionamiento correcto del filtro web de Dr.Web se recomienda bloquear acceso a todos los navegadores no soportados por este componente. Para que el usuario no pueda acceder a la aplicación, active la casilla del nombre de la aplicación.
- Para prevenir la instalación de las nuevas aplicaciones de Play Market, bloquee la aplicación Play Market. Esto no afectará a la actualización de la mayoría de las aplicaciones instaladas si Play Market está configurado para actualizar las aplicaciones automáticamente. También se recomienda bloquear acceso a la aplicación «Configuración».

- Per il corretto funzionamento di Filtro web Dr.Web, è consigliato bloccare l'accesso a tutti i browser che non sono supportati da questo componente. Per vietare all'utente l'accesso a un'applicazione, selezionare la casella accanto al nome dell'applicazione.
- Per prevenire l'installazione di nuove applicazioni da Play Store, bloccare l'applicazione Play Store. Questo non ostacolerà l'aggiornamento della maggior parte delle applicazioni installate, se Play Store è configurato per l'aggiornamento di applicazioni in automatico. Inoltre, è consigliato bloccare l'accesso all'applicazione "Impostazioni".

How to recover a Dr.Web account password
The just-released Dr.Web Security Space for Android version 12 has a new feature—a Dr.Web account that is password protected.
But users often forget their passwords; that’s an inescapable truth!
If you have enabled Parental Control, and you have forgotten the password to your account, you will not be able to change the Dr.Web settings (if making adjustments to them has been prohibited), unlock the Anti-theft or open the other applications installed on your device that have been blocked by Parental Control.
But there is always a way out with Dr.Web!
You need only a few minutes to reset your forgotten Dr.Web Security Space for Android account password and set a new one.
There are three ways to do it:
The first way will suit those who had previously enabled and configured Dr.Web Anti-theft on their devices. In this case, it is possible to reset the password via SMS.
Ask your friend from the Buddies list you created when configuring Dr.Web Anti-theft to send your mobile phone an SMS message containing the text #RESETPASSWORD#. When you receive the SMS with the command, the password reset will occur automatically. If your mobile phone is not blocked, you will see the Change password screen where you can set a new password. If your device was blocked, it will be unblocked.
The second way—recovering a password via email—will work if you have access to the email address you provided when creating your Dr.Web for Android account.
- Click on Forgot your password? on any screen that prompts you to enter your password. Read the instructions.
- Open the Dr.Web account page https://acs.drweb.com and enter the key and email address you specified in the Forgot your password?window. If the code is entered correctly, you will see a special window.
- Check your incoming messages—you will receive an email containing a confirmation code.
- Enter this code in the Forgot your password? window, and click on Continue.
- Create a new password and remember it.
- If you did not receive the email, click on the line Did not receive the email?, and you will automatically be redirected to the Doctor Web technical support page.
The third method you can use to recover your password is to contact Doctor Web's support service.
- The first step to making your request (there are two in all) is to specify your license type: commercial or free (trial or gift).
- In your request, specify your device’s identifier.
- Attach to the request the corresponding receipt and a photo of the completed warranty certificate and your device's box/packaging (if you have it) featuring a readable IMEI.
Since the new version 12 has a single password for the account and the Anti-theft settings, we will have to be sure that the person contacting us is indeed the owner of the device.
- Also attach to your request proof of purchase of your Dr.Web license (an email from the eStore, a scanned copy of the payment document, or other).
- If you won your license during a Dr.Web auction—specify your Doctor Web account login. (If you are using a trial version, please ignore this subitem).
- Send your request and wait for a response.
When purchasing a license, notice whether the license incorporates support services.

Cómo recuperar la contraseña de la cuenta Dr.Web
En Dr.Web Security Space para Android de nueva versión 12 apareció una novedad — la cuenta Dr.Web y su protección con la contraseña.
Pero las contraseñas a veces se olvidan.
Si tiene activado el Control parental y así mismo olvida la contraseña de su cuenta, no podrá cambiar la configuración Dr.Web (si su cambio estaba prohibido), desbloquear el Antirrobo bloqueado o abrir las aplicaciones instaladas en el dispositivo y bloqueadas por el Control parental.
Pero con Dr.Web todo se resuelve.
Solo en 2 minutos Vd. podrá restablecer sin ayuda la contraseña olvidada de la cuenta de Dr.Web Security Space para Android y establecer la nueva.
Es posible hacerlo de tres modos.
El primer modo sirve para los que tenían activado y configurado el Antirrobo Dr.Web. En este caso es posible restablecer la contraseña por SMS.
Envíe a un amigo suyo del listado de amigos indicados al configurar el Antirrobo Dr.Web que le envíe un SMS con texto #RESETPASSWORD# a su móvil. Al recibir un SMS con este comando, la contraseña se restablece automáticamente. Si el móvil no estaba bloqueado, aparecerá la pantalla Cambiar contraseña donde Vd. puede establecer la nueva contraseña. Si el dispositivo estaba bloqueado, se desbloqueará.
El segundo modo — restablecer la contraseña por correo electrónico — funcionará si Vd. tienen acceso al correo-e cuya dirección Vd. indicó al crear la cuenta Dr.Web para Android.
- Haga clic sobre ¿Olvidó la contraseña? En cualquier pantalla donde se solicita la contraseña. Consulte las instrucciones.

Si può farlo in tre modi.
Il primo metodo è adatto per tutti quelli che avevano un Antifurto Dr.Web attivato e configurato. In questo caso la password può essere resettata via SMS.
Chiedete ad un amico dalla lista degli amici specificati durante la configurazione di Antifurto Dr.Web di inviare sul vostro telefono un SMS con il testo #RESETPASSWORD#. Dopo la ricezione di un SMS con questo comando la password viene resettata automaticamente. Se il telefono non era bloccato, compare la schermata Cambia password in cui potrete impostare una nuova password. Se il dispositivo era bloccato, esso viene sbloccato.
Il secondo metodo — il ripristino della password via email — funzionerà a condizione che abbiate accesso alla casella di posta elettronica di cui l'indirizzo è stato indicato durante la creazione dell'account di Dr.Web per Android.

Dobbiamo assicurarci che siete il proprietario del dispositivo in quanto nella nuova versione 12 funziona una singola password per l'account e le impostazioni di Antifurto.
- Inoltre, allegate alla richiesta i documenti che confermano che avete pagato la licenza Dr.Web (un'email del negozio online, una copia scannerizzata del documento di pagamento, altro).
- Se avete vinto la licenza in un'asta Dr.Web, specificate il login del proprio account sul sito Doctor Web. (Se siete utenti di una versione di prova, ignorate questo comma.)
- Lasciate la richiesta e aspettate la risposta del supporto.
Quando acquistate una licenza, prestate attenzione a quello se la licenza include i servizi di supporto.

方法①．既にDr.Web Anti-theftを有効化し、必要な設定が実施されている場合、SMSを経由でリセットする方法となります。Dr.Web Anti-theftの設定画面にてお友達リストに登録した電話番号から#RESETPASSWORD#と記載したSMSメッセージをあなたのAndroidデバイス宛に送信してください。このコマンドが含まれるSMSメッセージを受信後に、パスワードは自動的にリセットされます。デバイスがロックされていない場合、画面上にパスワード変更 が表示され、このウィンドウでは新しいパスワードを設定できます。デバイスがロック状態であった場合には、ロックが解除されます。
方法②．Dr.Web for Androidアカウントを作成時に指定した電子メールアドレスにアクセス可能であれば、数分間で、忘れたパスワードをリセットし、Dr.Webアカウントの新しいパスワードを設定することが可能です。
- パスワード入力画面にある パスワードを忘れましたか? をタップして、パスワードのリセット手順とコード、メールアドレスを確認してください。
- Dr.Web アカウントのウェブページhttps://acs.drweb.comを開き、AccountウィンドウでKey欄に指定されたコードを、Email address欄にメールアドレスをそれぞれ入力した後、「Recieve code」 をタップしてください。コードおよびメールアドレスの入力が正しければ、次のようなウィンドウが表示されます。
- 確認コードが含まれたメールが送付されるので、メールを確認してください。
- パスワードを忘れましたか? ウィンドウで送付された確認コードを入力後、続行をタップしてください。
- 新しいパスワードを設定し、それを忘れないようにしてください。
- メールが受信されなかった場合、Did not receive the email? をタップしてください。Doctor Webテクニカルサポートサービスのページへ自動的にリダイレクトされます。
方法③．Doctor Webテクニカルサポートサービスに問い合わせ、パスワードをリセットする方法となります。
- 問い合わせする際には、ライセンスの種類、"有償ライセンス"か"無償ライセンス(トライアルやプレゼントを含む)"を指定してください。
- デバイスのIMEI番号を入力してください。
- デバイス購入時の領収書および記入済みの保証書の写真 (もし、IMEI番号を確認できるデバイス購入時の箱をお持ちの場合は、IMEI番号が確認可能な状態でその箱の写真)を添付してください。
新しいバージョン12では、アカウントおよびAnti-theft設定のパスワードが統一されたため、お問い合わせを送信したユーザーが本デバイスおよびDr.Webライセンスの所有者であることを確認する必要があります。
- また、問い合わせに時に、Dr.Webライセンスの購入を証明する書類(オンラインショップからのメール、領収書のコピー等)を添付してください。
- Dr.Web オークションでライセンスを取得した場合、Doctor Webサイト上のアカウントのログインを指定する必要があります。トライアル版のユーザーである場合には、この項目は無視してください。
