What does the exclamation mark inside the yellow triangle on the anti-virus icon mean?

It means that one of the anti-virus components is not running. To find out exactly which of them are, roll the mouse cursor over the Dr.Web icon in the notification area and in the pop-up notification window read which components are not running. The possible cases may be as follows:

  • SpIDer Guard is disabled
  • SpIDer Gate is disabled
  • SpIDer Mail is disabled
  • Firewall is disabled
  • Virus databases are out of date
  • All the components are disabled
