If, before registering the serial number, you signed in to My Dr.Web Portal, you won't get an email because the information required to register your license is taken from your user profile on My Dr.Web Portal. To download the product distribution, follow the link (location on the site: the "Download" button in the top menu and then "Download subscription package").
