I have installed your mail filter and sent a message with a virus (a friend of mine gave it to me, etc.). This virus has been detected but only administrator has received a notification, though notifications for all are enabled. Why is that?

It is most likely that the notification policy for the virus you have sent was modified in the /etc/drweb/viruses.conf configuration file (or, speaking more precisely, with the help of the configuration file specified in the UnnotificableVirusesList parameter of the main configuration file).
