• Question: I am a user of ****Anti-virus. Can I receive a migration discount?

  Answer: Any user who wishes to migrate from any anti-virus can receive a migration discount – either for 1/ 2 or 3 years – at his/her option.

• Question: I have a one-year license for **** Anti-virus. Can I migrate to a two-year Dr.Web license?

  Answer: Yes. It is up to you to chose what license for Dr.Web to buy.

• Question: I have a one-year OEM-license for **** Anti-virus. Can I migrate to Dr.Web with a discount?

  Answer: No. According to "Change for the green!" promotion terms, users of OEM-versions and of free of charge anti-viruses cannot migrate with a discount to Dr.Web.

• Question: My license for **** Anti-virus expired 3 months ago. Can I migrate to Dr.Web with a discount?

  Answer: No, only valid licenses or those which expired not later than 30 days ago can be exchanged for Dr.Web with a migration discount.

• Question: I have bought a license for ***** Anti-virus online. What should I send to prove I am a user of another Anti-virus to receive a migration discount for Dr.Web?

  Answer: You can send us either your key file, or a message from the online store confirming your purchase where we can find the date of purchase and the term of your current license for another Anti-virus.

• Question: My current license for **** Anti-virus is for one year and 10 computers. I want to migrate to Dr.Web and buy a one year license but for 20 computers. Shall I receive a migration discount for 10 or for 20 computers?

  Answer: A discount will be given for a license 10 computers only.

• Question: I have a current license for ***** Anti-virus for protection of a mail server. Can I migrate with a discount to Dr.Web and additionally purchase a license for a file server with a migration discount, too?

  Answer: No. A user can migrate with a discount for the similar solution only, in this case, for Dr.Web for mail servers.

• Question: I have a current license for ***** Anti-virus for protection of 3 file servers. Can I migrate with a discount to Dr.Web for file servers and additionally purchase a license for 2 more file servers with the same migration discount?

  Answer: No. You can receive a migration discount for 3 file servers only. But the price of additionally purchased licenses (for two more file servers) will be taken from the range of 5 licenses.

• Question: I have migrated to Dr.Web. Will I have a renewal discount for such license?

  Answer: Yes. Next year you can renew your license with a standard renewal discount.

• Question: I am a user of ***** Anti-virus and want to migrate for a two-year license of Dr.Web. What can be a migration discount in this case?

  Answer: The two-year license will cost you as a one-year license.

• Question: Our school uses *****Anti-virus. Now, we have decided to migrate to Dr.Web. As an educational institution we have the right for educational discount. Can we have in addition the migration discount, too?

  Answer: No. The discounts are not summed up. Only one discount is chosen – either a migration discount, or an educational discount.
